Who we are
This website is run by Knoxi Institute L.L.C – S.P.C in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal data you share with us here.
We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and treat your information with care.
What we collect
- What you type in our enquiry and contact forms: your name, email, phone number, the programme you are interested in, the learner’s age and your message.
- The page you sent the form from and the language you used, so we can reply in the right way.
- Basic technical data that every website receives, such as your IP address, kept briefly to protect the site from spam and abuse.
- If you accept analytics cookies: anonymous usage data, such as which pages are visited.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and help you choose and join a programme.
- To arrange visits, assessments and follow-up calls or WhatsApp messages you asked for.
- To keep the website safe and working well.
- With your consent only: to understand how the site is used and improve it.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
Our legal basis
We use your details because you asked us to contact you (your consent when you tick the box on our forms), and to take steps you requested before enrolment. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless you become a learner — in that case your details move to your student record under separate terms.
Children
Many of our learners are children. We ask that a parent or guardian sends enquiries for anyone under 18, and we only collect what we need about the learner, such as their age and the programme of interest.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Ask us to delete your data, or to stop or limit how we use it.
- Withdraw your consent at any time — this does not affect what we did before.
- Raise a concern with the UAE Data Office if you are not happy with our answer.

Keeping it safe
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Enquiries are stored in a protected system that only authorised staff can open.
